Shipping
Your order will be processed quickly and shipped within 48 hours (working days).
Delivery
Delivery times are on average 2 to 5 working days for Switzerland. It may happen that your package already arrives the day after your order, or that receipt takes up to 7 or 10 days. If there is a longer delay, you will be notified. For orders abroad, allow 14 to 18 working days for delivery.
Would you like to return or exchange an item?
It is possible, within 14 days of receipt. Please consider the points below:
- Contact us by email at contact@grainedeshopping.com mentioning the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Specify if you would like to make an exchange for another item or for a gift voucher, or if you would like a refund.
- Pack your items in a sturdy box to protect them for transport.
- Attach a reference note, with your order number, your first and last name.
